In December 2023 Rinna America moved into a new DC in Reno, Nevada. This required the assistance of many vendors for various support in numerous areas. PacStates was key in installing our fiber, Cat 6 for drops, access systems for our WIFI etc. We found a need for a high level security system that could be operated for access to the building as well as monitoring the day to day activity. PacStates suggested Verkada for those needs. They installed an employee/vendor intercom and card reader for entry to our building. They installed a timecard reader which also incorporated Verkada. They installed 36 cameras for the inside and outside surveillance. They also installed a Verkada keypad for our truck entrance and exit. They have now incorporated through Verkada an inhouse intercom system for Managers to use for alerting employees to emergency situations. I am extremely pleased with the Verkada system and its ease of operation and extremely please with the support and knowledge of PacStates and its support Team.
